You can really see what Silvio does and how he progresses. Silvio posed for a little as well and showed everyone there what great condition he's in at a little less than 4 weeks out and at a bodyweight of 224, 18lbs heavier than at the Europa.

People better be ready for Silvio at the Mr. Olympia because he's not tired, he's just getting warmed up and he is going to take names, be warned!
