 The IFBB IRONMAN Pro Bodybuilding is the biggest and longest-running IFBB professional bodybuilding event on the West Coast. The top 3 finalists will qualify for Olympia status. Just a few weeks later these same massive men will battle it out at the Arnold Classic.
The 3rd Annual NPC Figure Competition features the hottest female bodies in the country. Next year's event promises a show unlike all the others!
TheFitExpo is "California's Premier Fitness Event," a high profile, three-day, multi-event, consumer fitness expo featuring educational seminars and workshops from renowned experts, interactive classes and workouts with celebrity instructors, and exhibits of the latest fitness products and services.
In this section of Muscle Mayhem, we present to you the best effort we can provide in covering the well known and most popular professional bodybuilding shows. We have made the effort to provide you with a preview of upcoming events by providing the potential lineup, critique on the competitors past performance, and a logical assessment without any bias on their probable placements. We have been very successful in presenting preview and review articles of the Ironman Pro and the following professional bodybuilding shows. In this section, we provided all the Gossip leading up to the contest in our Muscle Mayhem Forums, and we also presented to you the lineups, changes, picture galleries, and finally, a review of the show's outcome.
