Phil Heath makes it Seven for Seven as he beat out a great crowd of folks like Darrem Charles, King Kamali, Dennis James and others.

There were some dissapointing showing from the King, Federov and others that blanched compared to the well conditioned bodies of the top five.

From the very beginning, it was a battle between Charles and Heath. Jame's size carried him through the fight but not enough to break int the top two.

Dave Henry held in there, but it wasn't enough to make the top three, but he should be happy enough with the top five placing. 

Many on line members complained or pointed out that Dennis should have placed higher and even some velieved Phil should have taken second.  King Kamali's look says it all.

The top five placings are as follows:

1. Phil Heath
2. Darreem Charles
3. Dennis James
4. David Henry
5. Bill Wilmore

Either way, the placings for the last few shows indicate there is a shift in the ideal physique. The more conditioned and asthetic look is back in!
