There is a Huge New York Pro lineup this year with Pros that have not been on stage for a while like King Kamali in addition to the new winning Pro, Phil Heath, fresh off his win in Denver this past weekend.

There are others that will fight for he first place nod like Colorado Pro runner-up Darrem Charles or Russia's monster, Federov. Dave Henry is another winning Pro that took third in Colorado, and could very well be in the top 3 if he looks as good as he did at the Ironman Pro.

King Kamali has not competed since 2005. We hope he has taken enough rest and has prepared for this evenings show. There are other big named stars that have not been on stage this year such as Dennis James and Markus Ruhl. And if Russia's Alex Federov is as big as before, we are going to have a show down in a battle bewteen the titans and the midgets.

It will be interesting to see what the judges will be looking for: Mass or Conditioning.
