This was a very good show and sets the precedent for the rest of the shows to follow. No doubt the Arnold Classic will meet and surpass the bar. Let’s just hope the other shows will follow suit. 

For those that have never been to the Arnold Classic and want to get a taste or feel for what it’s like, go to the IronMan. If you’ve never been to a professional bodybuilding show or one with an Expo, go to the Iron Man. My only problem, observation, was the full schedule was not on the Fit Expo website. You had to get the full schedule at the venue in order to plan your day out. 

The expo stage arranged at the end of the hall, was the Expo main attraction with Strongman competitions, Figure NPC judging, and a myriad of other events. The side rooms held conferences or classes for the entire crowd from “Meals in Ten Minutes” to Question and Answers with the likes of Gunter Schlierkampf and Lee Priest. 
 

We took the opportunity to watch the Powerlifting, Strongman and Bodybuilding shows and here is a small video compilation of the the Strongmen and Scott Mendelson.
