LAS VEGAS A husband-and-wife bodybuilding couple charged in the slaying of their live-in aide will appear tomorrow (Wednesday) in a Las Vegas court. 33-year-old Kelly Ryan appeared by video today (Tuesday) -- and her lawyer asked to have her appear again tomorrow so he can file a request for 13-thousand dollars bail. Her husband -- 41-year-old Craig Titus -- is also due to make an initial appearance by video tomorrow (Wednesday) to hear the charges against him.
Titus and Ryan were returned last week to Clark County jail from Stoughton (STOW'-ton), Massachusetts -- outside Boston.
That's where they were arrested a couple of days before Christmas in the slaying of 28-year-old Melissa James.
James' body was found December 14th in Ryan's burned-out red Jaguar off a desert highway outside Las Vegas -- where Titus and Ryan live.
An alleged accomplice -- 23-year-old Anthony Gross -- was arrested in December and freed on 13-thousand dollars bail pending a preliminary hearing April sixth.
