Just wanting to give you all some updates on how my guys are doing and everything I have seen and heard in Vegas so far...
Ronnie: Is on target to be the best he has ever been - with just sick
muscle, separation and paper thin skin - his muscularity just has that
crazy full look that sets him apart from everyone else. This will be
the year that everyone stops yammering about his Arnold conditioning
and thinks of this Olympia from now on!!!!
Gunter: Already (tonight) 5% better than 2002! He has made some great
improvements - his arms are better - lats are thicker from both front
and back, bone dry and ready to battle - all I have to say is Jay had
better be ready as Gunter is more than ready for him.
Now for the rest of the line up -

the year that everyone stops yammering about his Arnold conditioning

Gunter: Already (tonight) 5% better than 2002! He has made some great
improvements - his arms are better - lats are thicker from both front
and back, bone dry and ready to battle - all I have to say is Jay had
better be ready as Gunter is more than ready for him.
Melvin: This will be the best Melvin to ever step on stage - period!
Every show his glutes improve and get tighter and right now they are
better than they have ever been on stage. The front of his legs are so
deeply separated - it's unbelievable and side chest shot resembles Flex
Wheeler - circa 1998. Melvin is really going to open some eyes and
surprise people tomorrow!
Now for the rest of the line up -
You can tell Jay is in shape - just by seeing him at the press
conference and with a game face on he is ready to battle. I've spoken
with a few people and you get a different story each time - everyone
says he's in good shape - yet no one will commit to saying he is better
than 2001, but they will say he is looking better than last year. I
felt the whole time by taking off an entire year - this would be the
best Jay we have seen in a long time.
The person I was most impressed with at the press conference was
Alexander Fedorov - not physique wise- as he was covered up and I don't
know how he looks - but as a person, he was very polite, genuine and
truly grateful just to be in the Olympia lineup. Said that he would be
back on this stage 10 years from now and be much better and also
apologized for his english and vowed that it would be much better next
year - just a pleasant person and I think won over a lot of fans in a
sport where big egos run rampant. Physique wise I could tell he was a
monster, but we'll have to wait until tomorrow to see what kind of
conditioning he brings to the stage.
Markus Ruhl looks a little more trim in his clothing than usual - so I have a feeling he will be in phenomenal shape.
Gustavo posed at the press conference - not impressed, but a lot can
change in two days - let's hope so for his sake, but it's safe bet he
won't be in the top 3 this year.
Branch Warren - only saw his legs - but freaky as usual - he could very well be the surprise of the show.
Dennis James - looks extremely big - but hard to say what kind of
conditioning - he must be better than Charlotte to be in the mix.
Darrem Charles - word is that Darrem is going to be bigger. So far,
what I have been told he does not have his trademark ripped to the bone
conditioning.
Chris Cormier - I was told that Chris is very full, but that his
conditioning is only "okay" - but that as long as he keeps it together
and does everything perfect from this point on, he is in striking
distance - if not, we may see him with his lowest placement to date. If
things work out, he will be able to be in the top mix.
Victor Martinez - saw him Tuesday at the Grocery store - looked very
big and full - yet couldn't really gauge his conditioning. I've been
told he's tightened up tremendously over the last few days.
That's about it for now - I'll keep you updated as I see and hear more...
