Super RonnieWell, it's that time once again. Olympia time. A new stage, and and host hotel must have done something, because the competition is FIERCE this year.

Ronnie Coleman: I won't go as far as to say that he won't be beat, but whoever is going against him, he won't let it be easy at all. I think we will see the best Ronnie we have seen in quite some time. I, among others, thought his bodyweight was a bit too high last year, but he was still hard. He'll be coming in about 10-15 lbs lighter and if thats the case, game over.

Jay Cutler: One of the only person capable of beating Ronnie Coleman outright with no complaints. He's been quiet this year and I would assume he has been training his ass off. Now with that being said, I would hope that he has paid special attention to bring up the density and detail of his back. He needs to come in more seperated for this show also. Last year he was a bit heavy also.

Gustavo Badell: Has had a great competitive year, with a victory at the pro Ironman and a third place finish at the Arnold. The complaint about those victorys were that his waist was expanding. It would seem from his precontest pics is that he has that under control with an improved quad sweep. I think that his back is not as wide as it could be and along with that could be a bit tighter.

Markus Ruhl: We have seen his precontest pics and the first thing I noticed is that he tightend up his waist a bit. Now with that being said, he also looks like he lost a little size. I think that this advisory is having a few people spooked. Not sure about a top six finish this year though.

Gunter Schlierkamp: The great white hype. I saw the pics that Bobhendrick took, and I immediately thought of 2002. He has that look to him again and while thats all fine and dandy, he won't beat Ronnie or even Jay for that matter. Jay did'nt compete in 2002 and Ronnie was off. So now that both Jay and Ronnie are 100 percent, along with a couple a viable contenders for the top six, I think he will have to fight and claw his way up to to the top six.

Alexander Federov: Hype. He may be a nice person and all, but to me he has not been tested. "But he competed against Mr.Olympia.", okay, but he was at home in Russia, he was on the cover of Flex some months earlier and a Weider athlete. I could see if he were in shape, but he was not even in shape, with a pec tear to boot. I wish him the best, but I think he will be outclassed.

Michael Sheridan: To be honest, I have not seen any pics of him, so I can't really make an assesment. Wish him the best though.

Chris Cormier: The only other person besides Jay that can defeat Ronnie. Has the shape, size and condition that can give anyone a run for their money. I am not sure what a few people think of his offstage comments about jufges and fellow competitors, but if they judge him on his physique, then he will do well.

Mustafa Mohammad: Has mass for day and conditioning for a few miniutes. However, he has been showing up sharper with each outing form the Europa on up. He's playing it smart by taking it slow to get into top shape. He still needs to be harder though. Upper body and quads are ridiculous.

Kris Dim: I enjoy looking at Kris Dim compete. He has been working towards a complete package that I think he will display effectively this year. The only hinderance I see are hi quads and thats due to his knee surgery this year. Possesses some impressive upper body mass, with impressive abs. Top ten finish.

Melvin Anthony: I have spoke with Melvin and he said that everything is on track. I hope so, because Melvins can finish really high this year. From the earlier season shows, he looks to be on track. A top six finish at the Arnold and Ironman along with a top three finish in San Francisco, have all showed improved condition with each outing. Hopefully he to the point where he packing to chill out at the Orleans and look at movies before the show.

Ronnie Rockel: Another thick german. Has a killer side chest an impressive front double bicep, but at this level, needs to be very sharp to show it all off.

Darrem Charles: Has won two shows this year with some added mass. Now I think his conditioning has slipped some with those shows. I still think his back is his weakest bodypart and his calves are lagging. Won't make top six.

Victor Martinez: Can't find his way back to top shape right now. Not sure what the problem is, but needs to recity it. Has too much potential to mess it away. No real weakspots
on him.

Craig Richardson: Came in off the Charlotte pro, but will be much sharper at the Olympia. Has been making improvements and they are very noticible. With that being said, has more impovements to make on his calves and back mas. Needs to add that third dimension to it.

Johnnie Jackson: Whoever says heavy ass, backbreaking weights don't build muscle, need to take a look at this dude. His back is sickening and his conditioing is getting better with each outing. Now I still think he needs to bring up his calves a bit and put some emphasis on his triceps also

Branch Warren: The other half of the Texas tag team. Won the Europa nad Charlotte pro show, with no real complaints. Has that grainy hardness that was commonplace back in the 1990's. Could be sharper from the backside.

Quincy Taylor: Big man finally qualified for the big dance, and did so with so-so condition. I think he will improve greatly in the condition department. He is bigger, however, he should have spread it out in the quadricep and back department. Flattish biceps also slightly hinder his upper arms

Dennis James: Jesus, he is think as hell. I think he was about 85 percent at the Charlotte. Pulled out all the stops for that show and it showed. His back has improved froma thickness satndpoint, and his side chest is ridiculous. But needs to be tighter and harder at the O. Looks like he's doing it.

George Farah: Well, I did not agree with him qualifying, but he doe's have some good condition. To me, he flows
together nicley, but nothing stands out. Looks like the same old Geogre to me.

Well there it is, I hope everyone competing and going have a safe and enjoyable trip.
