About Lesley Visser: Lesley Visser is a pioneer among women sports journalists,having worked on many projects including CBS Sports, HBO Sports, and CBS Sports. In 2000, Lesley was a contributor to the NFL Today, U.S. Open Tennis Championships, as well as various other sports projects. Lesley also contributed to the coverage of Super Bowl XXXV in 2001, and was on the sidelines reporting during the Super Bowl; she was also a reporter for HBO Sports 'Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel'. She was an analyst for CBS Radio covering Monday Night Football games in 2001, making her the first women to be an analyst for NFL broadcasts.

Othere projects Lesley contributed to included ABC's coverage of Triple Crown horse racing, "ABC's Wide World of Sports," Major League Baseball, including the World Series, figure skating, the Special Olympics, skiing, the Pro Bowl, the ABC series, "A Passion to Play," as well as hosting the network's coverage of the "Millennium Tournament of Roses Parade." Visser also covered the NCAA basketball Final Four and Super Bowl for ESPN.

Before joining ABC Sports, Visser worked for CBS Sports in 1984, becoming full-time in 1987, where her assignments included the NBA ON CBS, college basketball, Major League Baseball, college football, the U.S. Open Tennis Championships and the Winter Olympics. In addition, she was a regular on THE NFL TODAY pre-game show. In 1992, she became the first woman to handle the post-game presentation ceremony at the Super Bowl. And in 1989, she covered the fall of the Berlin Wall, focusing on how sports would change in East Germany.

Visser began her career in sports journalism in 1974 as a member of the Boston Globe sports staff on a grant from the prestigious Carnegie Foundation. Two years later she was assigned to cover the New England Patriots becoming the first ever female NFL beat writer. While at the Boston Globe, she covered the NCAA Final Four, Super Bowl, NBA Finals, World Series, Wimbledon, the Olympics and college football. Visser was voted the Outstanding Women's Sportswriter in America in 1983 and won the Women's Sports Foundation Award for Journalism in 1992. In 1999, she won the first AWSM Pioneer Award. Visser earned a bachelor's degree in English from Boston College.

About Lonnie Teper: Lonnie is what many people call "the enclyclopedia of bodybuilding people", since he knows hundreds of details about the pro bodybuilders in the sport. He is considered one of the most prolific emcee's in the history of bodybuilding, with almost 300 contests. Two weeks before he co-hosts the Arnold Classic, Lonnie will emcee for the 16th time in a row the first pro bodybuilding show of the season, the Ironman Pro.

Lonnie Teper, an award-winning journalist and emcee, has been covering the bodybuilding, fitness and figure scene for more than 20 years. Teper, a former Sports Editor of The Alhambra Post-Advocate, a daily newspaper in Southern California and ex-Sports Information Director at California State University, Los Angeles, started writing for the Weider owned publications Muscle & Fitness, Flex and Men's Fitness in 1983. In 1986 he started his career with Ironman Magazine, which had just been purchased by John Balik and Michael Neveux. Since that time, Teper has written on all aspects of the industry; his popular 'News and Views' column has appeared in every issue of Ironman since it began circulation with the January, 1987 issue. He has gone on to become, by far, the most prolific emcee in the history of the industry; Teper has hosted over 50 professional contests and 200 NPC events.

He's been at the podium multiple times for the Mr. Olympia, Arnold Schwarzenegger Classic, the Night of Champions, the Ironman Pro (Teper has emceed all 15 Ironman Pro shows to date) and the San Francisco Grand Prix, as well as hosting several of the top female competitions during both the Olympia and Arnold Classic weekends. He also was part of the three-man broadcast team for the first ever pay-per-view telecast shown on InDemand at the 2004 Arnold Classic. Teper has emceed the Nationals every year since 1993 and recently hosted the USA Championships for the 11th time in the past 12 years. He also is an NPC Promoter, founding the Cal Collegiates in 1999, and currently promotes the Junior California Bodybuilding and Figure Championships, which includes a collegiate division.

Teper, who graduated cum laude from Cal State Long Beach with a degree in Journalism/Radio/TV, also has a Masters Degree in Physical Education, where he was honored as the 'Outstanding Graduate Student' with a 3.94 grade point average. He taught 20 years in Physical Education and Journalism at Cal State L.A; currently Teper is a member of the Physical Education and Health faculty at Pasadena City College and East Los Angeles Community College. His track and field media guide, produced for PCC, was voted the 'Best in the Nation' in 1983.
