A lot of people have been asking about a review on Muscletech's new 3 DVD box set Crash Course, I was lucky enough to get a early release and I wanted to give you my impressions on it.

Muscletech's DVD - Crash Course TrilogyFirst, the coolest thing about the whole set is that Muscletech seemed to have hire an entire film crew to shoot this. Right from the start you can see Jay, Dex and Johnnie driving a Hummer H1, a Vette and a Prowler in the desert from a Helicopter view, it's not a very long sequence but you can tell that it took time, effort and probably a lot of money to pull it off and make it look so cool.

Description: In this first installment in the trilogy of bodybuilding DVDs, you'll get to see part one of Crash Course, starring Jay Cutler, Johnnie Jackson, and Dexter Jackson. You'll also witness some of professional bodybuilding's greatest stars as they lay it all on the line with their tips for putting on serious mass. With Christian Boeving as your host, you'll get insight on training, dieting, and everything else you could want to know as today's top pros give you the straight goods on packing on critical mass!

DVD 1 Crash Course Part 1:

The 1st disc contains 8 scenes. You get to see each one of the Team Muscletech athletes train some of their best bodyparts and give us insights on what they are doing to become so freaky.

Scene 1. Branch Warren is 1st with a legs workout, Jeramy Freeman is actually the one doing the workout as Branch talks about it since he hurt his arm and is wearing a cast.

Johnnie Jackson in scene 2 is taking us through one of his powerfull back workouts.

Scnene 3. The Real Deal is showing how he built one of the best chest in the sport.

Scene 4. Cutler shows how he got to be so wide by blasting shoulders

Scene 5. Matt Duvall shows what works best for him to build massive arms.

Scene 6. The trainer of Champions, Charles Glass goes through some key exercises with King Kamali demonstrating. It's pretty cool.

Scene 7. Charles Glass answers some of the most important questions about putting on mass and size.

Scene 8. Conclusion of DVD 1.

It's really cool to actually have a DVD where a lot is explained and not just see bodybuilders training, you learn a lot and I guess that was the whole point.

I'll cover DVD 2 and 3 at a later time.
