This is the best Bodybuilding DVD that i've seen. The quality of the
video/sound is second to none. Skip definitely used top of the line
equipment to produce it. The easy to use menu system is perfect. Before
I hit the gym, I can easily surf to that day's workout. Skip gives
insightful tips that can really help you hit the target muscle more
effectively.
Skip explains everything in this DVD. Warm-up, weight-training, cardio,
nutrition, motivation, and even talks about life. I can't believe how
"well spoken" he is. When he talks, you listen. I can understand
everything he's telling me. He talks about how big of a role the mind
plays into everything. Especially dieting.
For those of you that are debating on purchasing Packing-On Muscle,
just do it. Trust me, you won't regret it. Money comes and goes. The
knowledge you will gain from this DVD will last forever.
If you want to watch a giant throw around heavy weight, buy one of the
other guys DVD's. If you want to become a better bodybuilder, buy
Packing-On Muscle! Skip is no slouch when it comes to heavy weight
either. 405lb barbell rows. 90lb dumbbell curls. 90lb dumbbell
kick-backs. Skip performs all these heavy exercises, absolutely
shredded. Outstanding conditioning.
It was great watching Skip take me through a week of training. Showing
me what's inside his gym bag. It was neat watching Skip and his partner
review that days workout, before and after. From start to finish this
is a great DVD. I will watch it over and over again. Great job Skip!
Don’t just watch the video. Listen to the detailed instruction that comes along with it. The entire DVD set is like this: http://www.skiplacour.com/kickbacks.wmv
Here’s a 3 minute and 20 second video trailer to his new DVD set: http://skiplacour.com/lacour_dvd_pom.wmv
