Nance turns 70 on Jan. 10, which is his ticket to step up training to compete for the title of Mr. Past 70 this spring or summer. (The date hasn't been set.) Why not? He has already won the national titles for Mr. Past 40, 50 and 60, as well as the Mr. Universe title for Past 60 nine years ago. He also has a shelf full of trophies and about 10 miscellaneous titles.

 I had the opportunity to Interview Skip La Cour and I took it. Skip is one of many professional bodybuilders that is a role model in the bodybuilding world, but he differentiates himself by taking that extra mile to help up coming amateurs.
Here is the result of my interview we cover topics from outlining how one can earn a living from a passion in bodybuilding (and you don't have to be champion) to his thoughts on “natural” bodybuilding.

In sports there are coaches of legendary proportions. In football there is celebrated Green Bay Packer coach Vince Lombardi. In basketball, Pat Riley orchestrated the LA Lakers during their championship years. And in baseball, New York Yankees manager Joe Torre's teams dominated the 90’s. What makes each of these coaches so unique is that time and time again they have produced results and contended for championships. They were able to motivate and teach their players how to become winners and achieve success.
