The first internal ultrasonic liposuction
patents were issued around 1987. Following the development of external
ultrasonic liposuction, ultrasonic liposuction was divided into two
varieties. There are now two main types of ultrasonic liposuction: INTERNAL
(with the vibrating cannula)
and EXTERNAL (performed with a vibrating machine applied to the outside
of the skin just prior to the liposuction procedure). Please see the
section entitled "External Ultrasonic Liposuction" for more details
on that procedure.

Approximately 90% of all changes in skin are due to prolonged exposure
to sunlight. Ultraviolet light not only damages the DNA in the cells of

Hello, I heard about this board thru a guy I work with. Anyways, I am just shy of my 30th birthday and have been having a crisis.
I had never lifted weights until two weeks ago and I am clueless. I am 5'10" tall and weigh 216 lbs. I have no clue of my bodyfat but I have a keg for a stomach . My whole life people have asked me if I work out and they always think I am lying when I say no. I don't look any different than any other normal guy except my arms have always been pretty muscular. What do I do if I never lifted weights? |

This really has not been covered very much, but there is a substantial cost to eating clean. I was wondering what you hard core guys spend on food and supplements per month ( lets say natural ones LOL ) ----- I mean supplements
