Check out Silvio being trained by the famous Charles Glass. Bob follows Silvios around the gym with some interview stuff thrown in followed Charles taking Silvio throgh a chest workout.
Of course Bob has to get involved with the workout, but thank goodness all Bob does is hand Silvio the weights.

In this workout, Annie (not Angie, Bob) does a heavy super set shoulder workout, and is filmed with her workout partner out of Atlanta, GA.
This will not be the first time Annie will be on the Olympia Stage, but with a third place finish last year, she is going to try for top two as one of the newbies on stage!

Marcus is training for the Mr. Olympia with the intent to make the Top 5. It's a hard to task just get qualified for the Olymypia let alone try for the top 5 spot. The competition will be fierce, but it will make for great entertainment.
One thing for certain though, Marcus is a great entertainer with winning posing routines.

Here is a Flex Magazine video shoot with Silvio during his training with Charles Glass.
You can really see what Silvio does and how he progresses. Silvio posed for a little as well and showed everyone there what great condition he's in at a little less than 4 weeks out and at a bodyweight of 224, 18lbs heavier than at the Europa.

Here's the weekend schedule of events. You may want to plan your days out accordingly: Seeing as how the Venue is in the Orleans Hotel while the Expo is at the Las Vegas Convention Center, you need to plan your trips because parking and driving will take a big chuck of time. There's also the shuttles, but they have waiting lines and still have to fight the Las Vegas traffic.
You also want to plan your workouts and meals as you are coming and going. There's nothing wrong with grabbing a bite to eat in a hotel restaurant or buffet, but make the decision before you go. Rememeber, if you are driving or cabbing to a local gym, plan on at least 45 minutes of travel back and forth.
