Ever try Bikini Bite to keep your suit in place and find out too late that it does not work? The problem is Bikini Bite is applied over creams, tanning sprays or powders so the adhesive just won’t catch. An alternative is adhesive tape – that’s right, tape! Bikini bite doesn’t last very long, pulls on the skin and leaves white marks in those inconspicuous places. Also, if you have a tight suit, Bikini Bite will never get a good bite to hold the suit in place. |

At any bodybuilding show, you see many competitors with a tanned body, but they fail miserably matching their skin tone to their face. More often than not, many competitors look like they just worked on their '67 Mustang or are in the process of hunting for rabbits with a camouflage painted face.
Matching facial skin tone to a pro tanned body is very difficult and can bring disastrous results. It's hard to match the tone/color of your face when your whole body is pro tanned for a competition. Conceive.... Believe.... Achieve. This is the basic equation for all creation. Everything that man has every created, built, constructed, postulated, has all occurred through the use of this simple formula. It seems so ridiculously simple doesn't it? Too easy to actually work, but understand that it does and you have the ability to achieve anything. |

1. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time to diet - The last thing you want is come show time you feel you need more time to diet down. Talk about stress. Nothing worse than going on stage feeling "out of shape". Make sure you start out early enough where you can lose the amount of weight you need. |
