Success does "favor" the bold, true. But in the case of the enhanced
athletic female, it doesn't necessarily have to be a longer, harder,
stronger cycle. Bold can be just prudent, but practical. We don't need
to compete with the boys, in terms of strength, drug coupling, pyramid
stacks, front loads , shotgunning or anything else.
We'll look at
good guidelines for "bold" but sound cycles.

Ever wonder what it takes to compete as a figure competitor? It's not just shiny suits and blonde hair. There is a lot of planning and preparation just to get the competition stage. Then there is the tactical maneuvering required the day before and the day of the competition.
Look for advise from those that have competed. Learn from other's mistakes so that your 12 to 20 weeks of preparation are for not. For many at the local and regional shows, the athlete's meeting is the night before the show. Definitely bring your suits and your food to cover you for at least four hours to include wearing comfortable shoes and clothes. And bring LOTs of patience. |

Suits and advisors can rack up costs for figure girls. |

Swimsuit season is basically here, but are you ready? Every spring, millions of women stress and worry over how they will look at the beach, on vacation, for a class reunion, etc. I'm here to give you the secret and a few tips for a great midsection. Unfortunately, there is no magic potion that does everything for you. It takes commitment, a combination of elements and your personal effort. This probably sounds like work, but in reality, think of it as a lifestyle change. A change that once you get used to only requires a few minutes a day on your part to maintain a sleek and youthful waistline. |

Gladiator Academy, here we come.
"I check the posts maybe once a month just out of curiosity to see what the girls I step on stage with are doing to their bodies while I do it naturally. Harsh statement, but true nonetheless."
Well, if harsh statements don't upset you, then keep reading. |
