Travel Carbs - Sounds like a mythical thing we either dream about or dread eating. Cold Oatmeal, baked oatmeal, old hard over cooked over microwaved potatoes. So, looking for an alternate carb source that can travel? How about some Sweat Potato Oatmeal muffins? I have been using these when on the road. Once mixed and baked, they are a great source for on the go! |

Looking for some Unbelievable Grilled Chicken? If so, I figured I would share a little OFFSEASON recipe here to get you folks growing in a HEALTHY way. This is great for all of you grilled chicken breast lovers. This recipe has 3 parts. I know it sounds like work, but this will last you all week. Plus you will thank me once you see the pounds of lean muscle you put on. Even though it takes 3 parts to create it, they are so simple you won't even mind. You can grill them, fry them or bake them ... either way, stanby for some damned god chicken! |

4 cups chicken stock 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 5 oz each), cut into strips 1 jalapeño pepper 1 clove garlic 1 jar (12 oz) salsa 1 cup shredded lowfat cheddar 1/2 cup shredded lowfat Monterey Jack 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro 1 can (2.25 oz) sliced black olives, drained 1 can (16 oz) traditional enchilada sauce 1 can (16 oz) green chile enchilada sauce Mexican hot sauce Cayenne pepper Vegetable-oil cooking spray 8 corn tortillas (6 inches across) |

 Fish is one of the simplest foods to prepare. This should do the trick for ya.
This recipe is for 2 servings:
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced 2 large squares of parchment paper, or foil 1 bunch of arugula, cut off the stems 2 orange roughy filets 1 cup of chopped tomatoes, remove the seeds balsamic vinegar salt and pepper, (kosher or sea salt) |

 First you need 1 can of tuna.
Drain the water and put it into a bowl and mash it up.
Next add 2 tbsp of dried oats. then ad spices of your choice ( i like to use garlic and onion powder along with red pepper)
Then add 1 egg white.
Mix it all together and put it into a pan and cook until brown on both sides and enjoy!
The recipe makes 2 patties.
(Add extra egg if it does not work the first time.) |

 Take one can of solid chunk white tuna in water and rinse and drain.
Mix in 8 oz of cold apple juice.
Add a little crushed ice and blend it up.
At first it may sound a little gross, but after your first sip, you may find you like it.
Be bold! Try it! You'll like it!
