This is the best Bodybuilding DVD that i've seen. The quality of the
video/sound is second to none. Skip definitely used top of the line
equipment to produce it. The easy to use menu system is perfect. Before
I hit the gym, I can easily surf to that day's workout. Skip gives
insightful tips that can really help you hit the target muscle more
effectively.
