 On 6-7 may 2006 Thijs Althof, Aad Althof and Robbert-Jan van Heeckeren have done the longest work out ever in the bodybuilding-sport in Strada Sports Vorden (Netherlands). We have done a work out for over more than 24 hours !!!!!! and trained all bodyparts verry hard in the style of bodybuilding training! It was a big challange for us to train the longest work out ever and promote the sport in a positive way. (We start on 6 may on 12.00 and end on 7 may on 12.55) |

Gary Strydom on the July cover of Muscular Development. He is 1980s bodybuilding legend, notorious IFBB turncoat, WBF superstar, successful clothing mogul, and now - at 46 years of age - the come back kid; Gary Strydom is the biggest thing to hit the IFBB in a very long time.
Can you imagine? This guy's coming back to open competition (not Masters) after a 10-year hiatus. Like almost everything else Gary does, this is unprecedented. You just can't help but admire this guy; he trains late into the night because he spends his day running a very successful international clothing company, and now he's getting ready to compete! How many other pro bodybuilders do that? |

Ever try Bikini Bite to keep your suit in place and find out too late that it does not work? The problem is Bikini Bite is applied over creams, tanning sprays or powders so the adhesive just won’t catch. An alternative is adhesive tape – that’s right, tape! Bikini bite doesn’t last very long, pulls on the skin and leaves white marks in those inconspicuous places. Also, if you have a tight suit, Bikini Bite will never get a good bite to hold the suit in place. |

At any bodybuilding show, you see many competitors with a tanned body, but they fail miserably matching their skin tone to their face. More often than not, many competitors look like they just worked on their '67 Mustang or are in the process of hunting for rabbits with a camouflage painted face.
Matching facial skin tone to a pro tanned body is very difficult and can bring disastrous results. It's hard to match the tone/color of your face when your whole body is pro tanned for a competition. There are a few tried and true methods that work, but you have to experiment with the one that best works for you. |
