Best OTC painkiller for post steroid shot pain

For the last few months i was using Abu Raihan test enanthate which was painless and never bothered me. A few days ago i started using another popular UG lab's test enanthate which is also 250 mg/ml but leaves me in crippling swelling and pain the next day. The entire shot area because red and irritated. I try to avoid using NSAIDS like ibuprofen because some say it interferes with muscle growth but this is too much to simply ignore. What do you guys use that is over the counter but not a NSAID?

I bought a shitload of the stuff. Ill see if i can resell it but looks like ill be stuck. Most who have used it did get great gains from it though
