Re: Vinny Galanti Wins Masters Nationals
I'll try to post them later, but they should be up soon at MD.
Robert Caltabiano won the overall 60 division and a pro card.
Eric Brugh won the 40 supers, with Mark Miller second.
Stoil Stoilov won 40 middles and Kent Bierly won 40 welters. Dave Goodin was 2nd in welters.
Paul Coats was 40 bantam winner. Richard Seigelman won lightweights.
P.S. Thrilled for Vinny. Looked great, and hope he does AC Pro Masters.

Thanx! But I don't want to take away anything from the 'winners' here.

This is a great day. I am very happy for Vinny. He's been knocking on the door of a pro card for 13 years and he kicked it down Saturday night!

you can't tell anything for sure from pics. some guys look so-so on stage but great in pics. others don't photograph that well. unless you were there in the front row and are a qualified judge, shut the fuck up. bottom line is you would have had your ass handed to you there.

the overall teen nats champ is also the same kid who just won the sstates teen LHW and overall just the week prior...i saw him backstage and onstage and let me tell you that he has more pro potential than any teen nationals winner ever since jay cutler in 1993!!!

I agree that pics in no way tell the honest picture of what you see in person. But if I had to judge just by pics Im sorry not that he didnt look great but I didnt think he was the tightest, fullest, dryest BBer on stage. He has amazing shape but for the overall I guess it would not have been my decision.

The overall teen has gyno and quit school to work in a supplement store. Wants to focus on bodybuilding.
Watch the MDTV video of him. Check out the puffy nips in the overhead ab pose.

he likely won because his physique is balanced, with no glaringly missing bodyparts. you know.....calves for example? one of those guys had lower legs like Oscar Pistorius.
